The
Langstone Cliff Hotel has expansive lawns and gardens and magnificent sea views
over the golden sandy beaches and internationally famous nature reserve at
Dawlish Warren.
The
hotel has 64 en-suite bedrooms on just two floors, 17 of which have private balconies.
There are 10 bedrooms on the Ground Floor of the hotel and three of the ground
floor guest rooms have walk-in showers as well as those over the bath. 6 of the
rooms on the ground floor now have walk-in showers but no baths.
The
Langstone Cliff Hotel has two swimming pools each with a paddling pool. The
Indoor Pool is approximately 10 metres long by 6 metres wide and is
approximately 1 meter at the shallow end falling to approximately 1.5 metres at
the deep end. The Paddling Pool is approximately 3 metres square and 400mm
deep.
