The hotel offers two restaurants including the the Birkbeck Restaurant and Lonsdale Room. The Birkbeck Restaurant is the main dining area and seats up to three hundred people. The Lonsadle Room is a more intimate room that give guests to opportunity to enjoy smaller dining parties. The head chef has created an extensive menu in keeping with the hotel surroundings and current season.
As well as the restaurants there is also a lounge and bar where guests can relax on the comfortable seating. Guests can eat in the lounge and bar area where the menu offers a range of appetising food to suit all tastes of our guests from light and refreshing snacks to traditional meals. The lounge area has a large TV and a log fire that is lit in the winter months.
We can cater for weddings, meetings and parries at the hotel. There are a total of seven conference rooms and our meetings and events co coordinators will ensure your event will be successful.
We have a total of thirty acres of wooded grounds and offer a range of activities including off road driving, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, rifle shooting, archery, abseiling, rock climbing, canoeing and much more.
